OTrak Chalk Walk

Ocala Cultural Arts presents the fourth annual OTrak Chalk Walk as part of the Tuscawilla Art Park Series on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Tuscawilla Art Park, 213 NE Fifth St. Walk along the OTrak to watch professional and student artists create live chalk art as they compete for Best in Show, Second Place, and Fan Favorite Award. The 2027 competition theme is “Inspired by the Masters,” celebrating iconic masterpieces, influential artistic movements, and the artists who have shaped the world of art. Artists may draw inspiration from masters such as Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo, Georgia O’Keeffe, Claude Monet and more. Winners will be announced at 3:30 p.m. in the Art Park stage. Families and attendees can also create their own chalk drawings at the Art Park for $5. Chalk and a designated sidewalk square will be provided by Ocala Cultural Arts. The free event will feature live music by Kenna Dee and Dirty Chai, community performances by Community Stages and Coeur Ballet Academy, as well as local artisans, craftsmen, nonprofit organizations and food vendors throughout the day.
